Data Centre Industry Association (DCIA)
The Data Centre Industry Association (DCIA) of Malaysia, launched in early 2026 under Chairman Datuk Mahadhir Aziz and supported by MITI, unites the local data center ecosystem. DCIA focuses on sustainable growth, talent development, infrastructure enhancement, and best practices to position Malaysia as a competitive digital hub amid rising data center demand.

Malaysia Association of Energy Service Companies (MAESCO)
MAESCO, the abbreviation for “Malaysia Association of Energy Service Companies” was formed and registered with the Registrar of Societies in September 2000 under the registration name of “Pertubuhan Syarikat-Syarikat Perkhidmatan Tenaga Malaysia”. It was incorporated in conjunction with the launching of the Malaysian Industrial Energy Efficiency Improvement Project (MIEEIP) by the Malaysian Government’s implementation agency.

Malaysian Photovoltaic and Sustainable Energy Industry Association (MPSEA)
The Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association (MPIA) has rebranded as the Malaysian Photovoltaic and Sustainable Energy Industry Association (MPSEA) to reflect its expanded focus on renewable energy. Established in 2006, MPSEA has grown from 45 to nearly 300 members across the solar value chain. It drives public engagement, policy advocacy, and education to advance Malaysia’s low-carbon energy future.
